My wife and I recently purchased a beautiful sectional from Ocean Boulevard Furniture in Rehoboth Beach.

During the subsequent set-up, the owner of the company, Jay Bond, discovered that there was a particular problem with the couch. Jay immediately contacted the manufacturer, advised them of the problem, and arranged to have a new couch made and, thereafter, delivered to us.

During the process, Jay continuously kept in contact with us, during the time it took for the new couch to be completed, and consistently furnished us with informational updates as to what was occurring up to, and including, the date of arrival.

As a result of our experience, we were extremely pleased with the personal expertise and service provided by the designers at Ocean Boulevard Furniture, and, in particular, very much appreciate the attention to detail that was evident in the work ethic possessed by Jay Bond.
